Easy Clean (EC) Wire Cloth

Easy Clean wire cloth is woven both in Dutch and Reverse Dutch construction and is always a plain mesh. The special properties of this mesh are determined by the selection of the wire diameters and the weft count. The gap created by the finer, crimped parallel wires on the surface is always smaller than the triangle shaped opening formed by the thin and thick wires crossing each other below the surface. Therefore particles passing through the surface gap will not get clogged inside the wire mesh.Easy clean is the ideal surface filtration media having high flow rates and excellent back flushing properties, allowing a good build up as well as removal of the necessary filter cake. it is however not as rigid as the regular Dutch or Reverse Dutch weaves.
